Bahagian 1 — Bahasa Malaysia

2. Data peribadi yang kami kumpul

Melalui borang di laman ini kami mengumpul nama, nombor telefon, alamat hartanah, jenis hartanah, jangka masa jualan yang dihasratkan, dan status hakmilik jika anda memberikannya. Kami juga mengumpul data penggunaan laman melalui Google Analytics dan Google Ads.

3. Tujuan pengumpulan

Data digunakan untuk menyemak nilai hartanah anda terhadap rekod transaksi, menghubungi anda berkenaan permohonan tersebut, dan menguruskan transaksi hartanah sekiranya anda memilih untuk meneruskan.

4. Pendedahan kepada pihak lain

Data anda boleh didedahkan kepada peguam, institusi kewangan, penilai berdaftar, dan ejen hartanah berdaftar yang bekerjasama, hanya setakat yang perlu untuk melaksanakan urusan yang anda minta. Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda dan tidak mendedahkannya untuk pemasaran pihak ketiga.

5. Data adalah wajib atau pilihan

Nama dan nombor telefon adalah wajib untuk kami menghubungi anda. Medan lain adalah pilihan, namun ketiadaannya mungkin menjejaskan ketepatan semakan nilai.

6. Hak anda

Your data is used to check your property value against transaction records, to contact you regarding that enquiry, and to manage the property transaction should you choose to proceed.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your data may be disclosed to solicitors, financial institutions, registered valuers, and co-operating registered estate agents, only to the extent necessary to carry out the matter you have requested. We do not sell your personal data and do not disclose it for third party marketing.

5. Obligatory and optional data

Name and telephone number are required for us to contact you. Other fields are optional, although their absence may affect the accuracy of the valuation check.
